Amoxillin ELISA Test Kit

Ciprofloxacin ELISA kit is based on competitive enzyme-linked reaction, and the drug containing ciprofloxacin antibody has been coated on the microplate. In drug analysis, samples were added to the plate hole together with HRP enzyme markers. If the sample contains ciprofloxacin, it will compete for the antibody and inhibit the binding of the HRP enzyme marker to the antibody on the plate. After adding the substrate, the color intensity of the product is inversely proportional to the concentration of the drug in the sample.
